Staff and location etc were very good. Central heating, pay television and a writing desk in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Late check-out was useful.

Impressive location, above average breakfast, good service. Room was well-stocked and air-conditioned, I loved it. The bed was great and I had a beautiful balcony. Fun stay in an upgraded hotel.

hotel had a pleasant location and helpful service. all staff was condescending, fixed my issues. the continental breakfast was plentiful with lots of items to choose from.

I had an unforgettable time, great value. Room was freshly renovated and staff professional! I loved the room, the bed was nice. For breakfast there was continental with bakery, breads, eggs and cereal to choose from. The pool was excellent and the views were incredible.

It is well placed hotel, I loved unbeatable location and non smoking rooms. All in all it's perfectly clean place, they have amazingly comfortable beds. You could walk to a supermarket and stores. Besides, a botanical garden is 5 minutes' drive away.

The room was beautifully designed and fashionable, it had comfortable furniture. Staff incredible & were eager to help until we checked out. The beach was good.

Wi-Fi was very poor also the bathroom I had was really small.

Had good sleep at the queen room. Diversey subway station was just walking distance from the property. The quick and easy check-in process too.

Great location of Lincoln Park, adjacent to the hotel. Quick access to boystown and other tourist points. Staff was HELPFUL and we liked our stay. Honestly nothing bothered us.
